Eleven Coates

Eleven Coates is a boutique residential development at 11 Coates Avenue in Ōrākei, Auckland, offering five architecturally designed homes near Fenton Circus. Created by Bare Architecture, the homes combine considered materials, practical layouts and a calm, refined aesthetic. The collection includes three standalone two-storey houses and two three-storey duplexes, each with three bedrooms, a garage and smart home technology. The duplexes also feature passenger lifts, while selected homes offer balconies with views of the bay and city fringe.

Open-plan kitchens, dining and living areas connect to sheltered outdoor spaces, with north-west-facing courtyards and large windows designed to make the most of natural light. Bespoke kitchens feature timber cabinetry, Italian granite benchtops and integrated F&P Black appliances. Residents also benefit from gated access, an intercom and security system.
