Eleven is a technical service offering access to rented computing resources and remote servers located outside Russia. It is designed to support data protection, privacy, and stable internet connections through encrypted traffic. The service operates servers in 11 locations across Europe, Asia, and America, including the Netherlands, Germany, Finland, France, Sweden, the United States, the United Kingdom, Turkey, Poland, Japan, and Kazakhstan.

Eleven promotes dedicated network channels of up to 10 Gbit/s, with no traffic limits, and reports 99.9% annual uptime. Automatic switching can help maintain a connection if a server is overloaded. Users can connect Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices, with up to 10 devices supported per account. The company says it does not store logs of users’ network activity and offers customer support through Telegram around the clock.

Registration requires an email address. New users can try the service free for three days without providing a bank card or being charged automatically. After the trial, users can choose whether to renew through their personal account.
