About ΕΛΕΒΙΤ
The Hellenic Society of Biomedical Technology (ELEVIT) is a scientific association dedicated to advancing the use of technology in the biomedical sciences. Its work focuses on strengthening research and promoting education in biomedical technology, bringing together professionals and others interested in the field. ELEVIT is a member of the International Federation for Medical and Biological Engineering (IFMBE), the European Alliance for Medical and Biological Engineering & Science (EAMBES), and the Global Clinical Engineering Alliance (GCEA).
The society supports knowledge-sharing through scientific conferences, seminars, webinars, and other events, including the Panhellenic Conference on Biomedical Technology. It also publishes news, announcements, press releases, and video content related to biomedical technology and its community. Members can access scientific publications from Springer, and the site provides information about joining the society and its code of ethics.
