About Forner de Alella
El Forner de Alella is your go-to website for traditional homemade recipes that are easy, delicious, and quick to prepare. Founded by Josep Maria Mañé and Carme Julià, who have over forty years of experience in bakery and restaurant management, this brand emerged after the couple shared their culinary passion on YouTube, unexpectedly becoming a viral sensation. The blog showcases a wide range of recipes, encompassing everything from appetizers and main courses to baking and desserts, including their beloved pumpkin cream and coconut kisses.
In addition, El Forner de Alella offers a unique selection of recipes for festive occasions, seasonal delights, and even cocktails, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Their ethos combines authenticity with a light-hearted approach, making cooking enjoyable for all skill levels. For those looking to elevate their home cooking, El Forner de Alella also features a cookbook titled "Como en Casa de Mamá," available on Amazon, showcasing their top 100 recipes.
