About Winterfest Pensacola
Pensacola Winterfest is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that brings seasonal holiday celebrations to downtown Pensacola, Florida. Its events and activities invite residents and visitors to share the spirit of the season, with a signature Elf Parade serving as a free, family-friendly kickoff to the holidays. Parade participants can wear costumes, decorate wagons or strollers, and enter creative contests; winners lead sections of the parade.
Winterfest also offers ticketed trolley tours and festive photo experiences on select dates from late November through Christmas Eve. Tour options include the Peanuts Tour, Polar Express Tour, Grinch’s Merry Match, and the Scrooge & Marley Tour, which runs during Christmas week. Guests can book Photos with Santa or an experience called Intrude Upon the Grinch. The organization’s projects and related services include the First City Christmas Celebration, an express electric train, Pensacola wedding trolleys, charter trolleys, and downtown event parking. Winterfest welcomes volunteers and provides event information, calendars, and reservation assistance.
