Eliam Care is an Australian disability support provider focused on helping people work towards greater independence, personal growth, and well-being. Its mission is to deliver compassionate, individualized support that respects each person’s dignity, preferences, and goals, while fostering inclusion and community connection.

Services include personal care tailored to individual needs, help with household tasks, and support to access community activities and build social connections. Eliam Care also offers coaching to develop practical life skills and confidence, emotional and spiritual support, and assistance with health monitoring. The organization describes its approach as client-centered and comprehensive, with qualified support workers and services designed around each client’s circumstances.

Support begins with a consultation to understand needs and goals, followed by development of a personalized plan. Eliam Care then delivers ongoing support, with regular check-ins and adjustments as required. Based in Winston Hills, New South Wales, Eliam Care aims to help clients participate more fully in daily life and pursue a more fulfilling, independent future.
