About ELİN YURTDAŞ
ELİN YURTDAŞ is a talented artist born in 2000 in Kyrenia, Cyprus, whose artistic journey has been influenced by her upbringing on an island surrounded by the sea. Graduating from the Arkin University of Creative Arts and Design in 2022, she is currently pursuing her MA in Fine Art at the Prague City University in Prague. ELİN YURTDAŞ's artistic practice encompasses painting, ceramics, and textiles, with a focus on ecology, climate change, and the ocean.
Her work reflects an endless curiosity and exploration of the interconnectedness of all life forms. Notable exhibitions include "The Abyssal Zone" at the Girne Halk Kütüphanesi Ziya Rızkı Sergi Salonu and the Young Artists Painting Competition Exhibition at the Nicosia Atatürk Cultural Center.
