Elite Edge Gym

Elite Edge Transformation Centers is a fitness and martial arts brand serving Ankeny, Waukee, Des Moines, and the wider Central Iowa community. Its programs bring martial arts, coached fitness training, youth athletics, and recovery services together under one roof, welcoming beginners as well as experienced participants.

Adults and teens can train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, including structured beginner instruction, while adult kickboxing classes focus on striking and conditioning. Children ages 5–15 can take Jiu Jitsu and kickboxing classes designed to develop coordination, confidence, and discipline. Elite Edge also offers coach-led group strength training for adults, a six-week transformation challenge with training, nutrition counseling, and accountability, and sport-specific strength and conditioning for athletes ages 11–18.

For recovery and wellness, the Recovery Room provides cold plunges and a 200-degree dry sauna for contrast therapy. With multiple locations and a range of programs for different ages and goals, Elite Edge aims to help members build strength, improve fitness, develop skills, and support recovery through guided training and coaching.
