Elite Equine Care & Management

Elite Equine Care & Management (EECM) provides experienced, personalized horse care and professional barn support across Marin and Sonoma Counties. Founded by Mirja, whose horsemanship spans nearly four decades, the business is built on attentive, compassionate care that considers each horse’s physical, mental, and emotional needs. A trusted team helps provide reliable continuity for horses, owners, and barns.

Services include daily care, feeding, turnout, grooming, exercise, training rides, groundwork, lessons, and program support. EECM also offers specialized health and rehabilitation assistance, including monitoring, hand walking, medication and supplement routines, aftercare, and coordination with veterinarians. Additional help ranges from barn cleaning and maintenance to feed and supply management, staffing, scheduling, and broader barn or program oversight. Owners can arrange ranch sitting, travel coverage, temporary staffing, and care for horses and pets. EECM also provides practical equine consulting and care coordination for horse transitions, senior or special-needs horses, and barn systems. Services can supplement an existing program or provide more comprehensive ongoing support, with the aim of helping horses thrive and giving owners greater confidence in their care.
