ELITE Nursing

ELITE Nursing and Disability Services is a registered NDIS provider serving participants across Australia. The organisation focuses on empowering people with disabilities to pursue their goals, build independence and lead fulfilling lives. It aims to simplify the NDIS journey through personalised support, helping clients plan, manage and make effective use of their NDIS plans and funding.

Its services include home health care, accommodation and tenancy assistance, personal activities, community nursing delivered by registered nurses, support with daily tasks and shared living, innovative community participation, life-skills development, household tasks, community access and plan management. The provider also states that it is approved to support participants with day-to-day medication management, disposal of infectious or hazardous waste, and implementation of restrictive practices.

ELITE describes its approach as customer-centred, professional, transparent and responsive, with dedicated staff who tailor support plans to individual needs. Care specialists can discuss a participant’s circumstances, and the organisation offers to arrange a complimentary in-home consultation with a case manager for clients and their families.
