Elite Softball is a softball development organization based in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania, focused on helping athletes become confident, disciplined, and competitive players. Its approach combines high-level coaching with a supportive environment and pathways that emphasize athletic growth, academics, and leadership. The organization aims to prepare players for success both on the field and in life, including progression toward college opportunities.

Its programs include competitive travel softball teams across several age groups, from 10U through 18U, with teams led by designated coaches. Athletes can access private individual and small-group instruction in hitting, pitching, fielding, catching, and agility. Elite Softball also runs youth and prospect camps and clinics throughout the year, offering training to help players prepare for their seasons and continue developing their skills.
