Elite Yorkies & Biewers is a family-run breeding program in Panama City, Florida, offering Yorkshire Terrier and Biewer-influenced puppies, including rare colors and distinctive coat patterns. Formerly Roman Empire Yorkies, the brand continues a multigenerational legacy founded by Dr. Robin Taylor, who now advises and mentors her son, Mikael Cherry, as he leads the program.

The breeders emphasize selective placement, aiming to match each puppy with a safe, loving home through personal conversations with prospective families. Their dogs are raised with daily handling and early socialization, while adult breeding dogs receive health and genetic testing. Before going to their new homes, puppies receive age-appropriate vaccinations, microchips, and veterinary health inspections.

Elite Yorkies & Biewers presents its puppies as affectionate, socially confident companions, with care focused on temperament and human connection as well as appearance. The website features available and recently homed puppies, family testimonials, and information about choosing Yorkies or Biewers for emotional support, therapy, or service-dog potential.
