Eliz and Coons is a family-run, professional Maine Coon cattery located near Bordeaux in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France. The cattery breeds pedigree Maine Coons registered with the LOOF, France’s official feline organization, and offers kittens for reservation and adoption. Its cats and kittens live alongside the family and are accustomed to a home environment that includes a child.
The cattery emphasizes health and responsible care. Its breeding cats have reportedly received genetic testing with normal results, as well as kidney and heart ultrasounds, and the cats are described as healthy and LOOF-registered. Eliz and Coons feeds its cats quality, grain-free food chosen to support their development and wellbeing. The breeders favor the Maine Coon type developed in Russia, and their breeding cats are of Russian origin or imported from Russia.
Alongside breeding, Eliz and Coons provides guidance before and after a kitten is adopted, with advice on welcoming and keeping a kitten safe.
