ELKA Architecture is an architecture and interior design practice led by Loriane Kugler, an architect with HMONP qualification. Serving private clients and businesses across Oise and Île-de-France, the practice designs and transforms spaces with a focus on functionality, aesthetics and each client’s needs, lifestyle and budget.

For homeowners, ELKA offers bespoke house design and a catalogue of architect-designed plans. Catalogue packages include building permit support, cost estimates and construction follow-up. For commercial clients, the team creates distinctive spaces for restaurants, hotels, cafés, wellness businesses and other enterprises, supporting projects from initial concept through opening.

Services cover the full project journey, from early design and 3D studies to administrative applications, interior layout and decoration, and site coordination through final delivery. The practice assists with planning declarations, building permits, ERP authorisations, changes of use and applications for protected areas. Interior design proposals can include plans, style concepts and moodboards. ELKA also works with a network of partner contractors to help estimate construction costs early and keep projects coherent, practical and aligned with the original vision.
