Founded by Ellen and Dee, two registered nurses, the brand supports girls, parents and women through key stages of life, from puberty and first periods to perimenopause and menopause. Its approach is honest, evidence-based and designed to help people understand bodily changes, ask questions and feel more confident in conversations at home and with health professionals.

Through Bloom by Elladee, the team offers puberty courses for girls and a parent, covering periods, physical changes and confidence in an age-appropriate, welcoming setting. For women in midlife, Elladee provides perimenopause and menopause education and one-to-one counselling to help clarify what may be normal and explore practical next steps. Workshops can be reserved through TryBooking, and appointments are available to book online. Participants receive take-home resources to continue learning and arrive at GP appointments informed.
