Ellen Feig Gray

Ellen Feig Gray is a certified positive psychology coach, mental health coach, parent and family life coach, author, and speaker. Through her practice, Parent with Perspective, she supports individuals and families seeking greater wellbeing, stronger relationships, and more balance between work and home life. Her coaching serves parents at different stages, from raising young children to supporting teens preparing for college and helping families navigate an empty nest.
