About Elmbridge Borough Council

If you have any concerns about the safety of an adult or child, Elmbridge BC is here to help. By contacting the Surrey Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH), you can report your concerns and take proactive steps towards protecting those in need.
For concerns regarding a child, Surrey County Council is available to assist, while concerns about an adult can be directed to the same council. The MASH operates comprehensive service hours with social care staff available from 9am to 5pm on weekdays and the police staff providing support all week long. In case of emergencies, the police can be reached at 999 or, for non-emergency issues, at 101.
Elmbridge BC has implemented effective safeguarding policies to ensure the safety of all their services and to empower their staff to recognize and report any safeguarding concerns. For further information on adult or child safeguarding, you can visit the Surrey Safeguarding Adults Board or the Surrey Safeguarding Children Board.
