Elmsleigh Cakes

Elmsleigh Cakes is a bespoke cake design studio run by Amanda Black and based near Lymington in Hampshire. Serving clients across the New Forest, Hampshire, Dorset, the South Coast and the Home Counties, the brand creates handcrafted cakes for weddings, milestone celebrations, private events and corporate occasions. Each commission is individually designed to suit the client’s vision, with careful attention to detail, elegant presentation and flavour.

Offerings include wedding cakes, celebration cakes, artisan cheese towers and feasting tables, providing both traditional centrepieces and distinctive alternatives. The studio also offers personalised, one-to-one classes, including workshops in cupcakes, cake painting, cookie baking and decorating, model making and Christmas cake decoration. Amanda works with clients from consultation through delivery, creating designs that are not replicated and using premium ingredients selected for quality and taste.
