Elonkehto

Elonkehto is a nature-oriented learning and wellbeing environment in Lemu, Southwest Finland, focused on sustainable living, practical skills and community learning. Rooted in an ecological, self-sufficient garden, its activities bring together gardening, creativity, observation of nature and the rhythms of the seasons. The aim is to help people build a closer relationship with nature and discover practical ways to live in line with their values.

Elonkehto offers workshops, courses, talks and events that encourage participation, practical agency and constructive hope in a changing world. Activities explore sustainable ways of living, self-sufficiency, creativity, wellbeing and connection with the natural environment. Facilitated workshops and talks can also be arranged by request, including beyond the garden setting.

The approach is welcoming to people at any level of experience: curiosity, presence and a willingness to take part matter more than expertise or perfection. Through learning and creating together, Elonkehto seeks to offer space to pause, participate and strengthen connections with nature, other people and oneself.
