El Paso County Public Health is a local public health agency based in Colorado Springs, Colorado, serving more than 750,000 residents across El Paso County. Established as a city health department in 1872 and organized as a county department in 1939, it works to promote and protect public health and environmental quality through prevention, partnerships and community engagement.
