The European Legal Support Center (ELSC) is a brand that aims to defend and empower the Palestine solidarity movement in Europe through legal means. As the first and only independent organization of its kind, the ELSC provides free legal advice and assistance to associations, human rights NGOs, groups, and individuals advocating for Palestinian rights in mainland Europe and the United Kingdom. The ELSC takes a multi-faceted approach to its work.

They monitor and document restrictive measures that suppress civil society defending Palestinian rights, producing unique country reports to expose incidents, policies, legislation, and case law related to the repression of the Palestine solidarity movement. They also develop effective legal defense strategies, engage in paralegal advocacy, and organize legal trainings and seminars for human rights defenders. To strengthen accountability, the ELSC facilitates and promotes strategic litigation against public and private actors involved in Israel's violations of Palestinian human rights.

They work tirelessly to protect the fundamental rights to freedom of expression and assembly, combating disinformation, smear campaigns, and discriminatory policies. The ELSC is made up of a dedicated team including a Programme Director, Chief Legal Officer, Development Officer, Advocacy and Communication Manager, Legal Officers, and Legal Researchers. Together, they strive to end arbitrary restrictions and criminalization of peaceful advocacy and humanitarian work, providing vital support to those advocating for justice and equality for the Palestinian people
