Harrison, a fashion lover with a background in IT consulting, discovered the vibrant colors of Heishi beads in 2018 and fell in love with their maximalist style. Partnering with women in Ghana, Elsie Frieda introduced their debut collection of Heishi beaded necklaces and bracelets, which received an incredible response. These African vinyl beads remain at the core of the Collection, constantly evolving with the introduction of new materials.

The brand is named after Harrison's maternal grandmother, Elsie Frieda, a trailblazer known for her skills in bridge and golf.
