Kathrin Sauer’s eltern.kind.gerecht. offers family-centered guidance on breastfeeding, infant sleep and starting solid foods. A BFB® attachment-oriented family companion, Sauer supports parents in Münster and the surrounding area, with consultations also available worldwide via Zoom. Her approach recognizes that every family is different: rather than applying one-size-fits-all rules, she works with parents to develop practical options that respect their wishes, needs and resources, while strengthening the bond between parent and child.

Services include breastfeeding consultations for preparation, challenges and changes to feeding; weaning guidance for parents who want or need to end or reduce breastfeeding; sleep consultations without sleep training; and complementary feeding advice to help make this stage more relaxed and enjoyable. Sauer also offers courses featuring evidence-informed knowledge, practical ideas and time for questions and discussion. Her courses are currently available at Haus der Familie Münster. The guidance is designed to be clear, compassionate and useful in everyday family life, helping parents feel better prepared and more confident in their decisions.
