El Umiti

El Umiti is a corporate foundation established in 2019 under the initiative of Kazakhstan's First President, Nursultan Nazarbayev. This organization is dedicated to developing the capabilities and leadership qualities of Kazakhstan’s new generation, thereby unlocking their potential to contribute to the nation's progress. El Umiti serves as the primary operator of a range of programs aimed at fostering talent and supporting the education sector.

The foundation offers various initiatives, including the "My Thousand" national olympiad, which provides rural students with access to quality education and social mobility. Additional projects comprise personalized development programs for youth aged 15-17, an Aitys program that nurtures a community of young poets, and a sociology lab designed to enhance research skills among young scholars. Furthermore, El Umiti actively promotes professional growth through grants, scholarships, and partnerships aimed at addressing societal and state needs, thus continuously striving to enhance the quality of life for citizens and empower the next generation.
