EMA (European Music Academy Foundation) is an independent organization with a strong focus on empowering young people. Our goal is to provide a nurturing environment for their creativity and expression, encouraging the development of their own cultural values, enhancing their skills, and promoting personal and professional growth as members of both Bulgarian society and the global community. Founded in Varna in June 2015 by music enthusiast Teodora Dimitrova, EMA was inspired by the desire to support the budding careers of young music talents through master classes and professional development opportunities.

We believe that the power of music and art can have a profound impact on individuals, transporting them to a world of wonder and inspiration. Our mission is to inspire young people to believe in themselves, cultivate their own values, and contribute actively to society. We operate in the realm of music, art, and education, creating an inclusive space for the youth to explore their creativity, emotions, energy, and passion.

Through our programs, projects, and initiatives, we aim to help them develop their skills, unleash their talents, and achieve their goals. In recognition of our dedication, EMA received the prestigious BULGARIAN ASSOCIATION OF CULTURAL EMPLOYERS and CIVIL INSTITUTE PRO CULTURE award in 2018 for our contribution to young people's access to culture.
