Emaan Catalyst Community (ECC) is a Singapore-based organization with a regional outreach, dedicated to improving living standards and empowering underserved communities. Formerly known as Emaan Foundation Limited (EFL), ECC was established in 2017 to consolidate the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects of Emaan Inspection (EI) in Singapore and Cambodia.
