EMBARQ

Embarq provides portage salarial services in France, enabling independent professionals to work with the freedom of freelancers while benefiting from employee status and protections. Its model connects consultants, Embarq as the payroll company, and client businesses: professionals find and negotiate their own assignments, while Embarq handles client invoicing and pays their salary after service fees and social contributions. The company promotes a simpler way to work independently, with administrative tasks managed through a dedicated web and mobile platform for reporting workdays and expenses.

Embarq’s services include salary and income simulations, detailed payslips, expense management, salary smoothing and advances, health and pension benefits, unemployment rights and contributions, meal vouchers, retirement savings plans, training budgets, and career support. It also offers access to employee benefits and assistance with credit. For businesses, Embarq Pro is presented as a solution for managing independent workers, while Embarq Mobile lets users monitor their activity on a smartphone.
