About Ember and Eagle
Ember & Eagle is an Italian-inspired steakhouse located in the historic TillingHouse at Suneagles Golf Club in Eatontown, New Jersey. Created by the team behind Battello in partnership with the Martelli Family, it brings an experienced hospitality team to Monmouth County. Chef and partner Ryan DePersio leads the kitchen.
The menu blends Italian flavors and steakhouse tradition, with crudo and raw-bar selections, house-made pasta, and Pat LaFrieda prime dry-aged steaks grilled over an open flame. Guests can finish with in-house pastries and choose from dinner, dessert, craft cocktails, bar food, and happy hour menus. The wine cellar offers more than a hundred selections, with an Italian and Napa focus, alongside cocktails curated by the beverage director.
Ember & Eagle welcomes both club members and non-members for dining and reservations. Its Parlor Bar features handcrafted cocktails and live local music Thursday through Saturday; private events are also available, from intimate dinners to full-property celebrations. The venue also hosts wine dinners and seasonal chef’s table experiences
