Ember Surrogacy

Ember is a boutique premium surrogacy agency supporting intended parents and gestational surrogates through a personal, carefully managed journey. Serving families nationwide and internationally, the agency welcomes LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples, single parents, and families of all kinds. Its approach centers on mutual matching based on values, expectations, communication styles, and personality, rather than availability alone. Each journey is guided by a dedicated case manager, from the first consultation through birth and the family’s return home.

Ember coordinates key practical details, including fertility clinic connections, medical clearances, independent legal counsel, escrow, insurance, travel, birth planning, and parentage documentation. Intended parents receive a personalized, itemized budget with transparent costs and no hidden fees. The agency reports that most families welcome a baby 18–24 months after their initial consultation.

For surrogates, Ember offers screening and ongoing support, independent legal representation, medical coverage, travel assistance, and benefits such as lost-wage protection and wellness stipends. Base compensation starts at $70,000, with total compensation potentially reaching $160,000 or more, depending on individual circumstances.
