Embolden Well Being

Embolden is a brand dedicated to providing counselling, education, and wellbeing services. We strive to create a safe and compassionate environment for individuals to explore their life experiences. Our goal is to empower you to lead a self-driven and fulfilled life. Founded by Aarti Tatineni, a counsellor and public health professional, Embolden is based in Hyderabad, India.

Our counselling services are designed to offer a non-judgmental space where you can overcome emotional roadblocks and make positive, self-driven choices. Contrary to popular belief, counselling is not just for individuals facing significant problems but is for everyone seeking guidance and support. Our team of experienced counsellors can assist you in making healthy decisions, identifying solutions, and navigating complex situations.

Embolden specializes in various areas, including child therapy, adolescent counselling, couples therapy, play therapy, and child/parent relationship therapy. We particularly enjoy working with young adults, helping them discover their true passion and unlock their full potential.

With over 10 years of expertise, we have helped clients heal from trauma, manage mental health disorders, and build strong relationships. We are passionate about maternal mental health and offer sessions and support groups for moms at every stage.

Embolden believes in holistic wellbeing and offers life skills education for modern times. Whether you need counselling, education, or overall wellbeing support, we are here to help you lead a healthier and happier life.
