About EMDR Europe Association
EMDR European Association is dedicated to promoting Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy throughout Europe. Our mission, vision, and values focus on providing high-quality training, certification, and support for EMDR practitioners. We follow the Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model to guide our work and engage with the community to raise awareness about the benefits of EMDR therapy.
Our association offers a range of services, including accredited training programs, trainer accreditation, certification for practitioners, and ongoing research studies. We support national and international guidelines for EMDR therapy and provide grants for research projects. Additionally, we give out prestigious awards like the David Servan-Schreiber Award and the Francine Shapiro Award to outstanding individuals in the field.
