Emerald Peak Impact LLC is an investment firm focused on providing patient growth equity to high-potential small and medium-sized businesses in Latin America. It targets markets where access to capital is structurally scarce, investing in companies it believes can grow resiliently in those conditions. Its strategy spans six markets: Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Peru, the Caribbean, and the Northern Triangle of Guatemala, Honduras, and El Salvador.

The firm offers institutional and mission-aligned investors access to vetted, Sustainable Development Goal-aligned growth companies through a deal-by-deal co-investment program. Rather than committing to a blind-pool fund, investors select each opportunity and retain visibility and sector control over their exposure. Emerald Peak Impact sources investments through direct, on-the-ground relationships, including access to businesses outside mainstream markets. It also takes a board seat in every investment and provides operational support within 30 days of closing.

Its sector focus includes sustainable agriculture and agri-tech, renewable energy and climate-adaptation infrastructure, circular-economy businesses such as waste management and cleantech, and consumer health services and health technology.
