Emerge North

Emerge North, LLC is an organization dedicated to providing quality, person-centered support to individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families. Its approach emphasizes each person’s unique needs and aspirations, with a focus on independence, choice, control, empowerment, and quality of life. The organization offers family caregiver training and support, including workshops, educational resources, and guidance on self-advocacy, rights, and navigating community systems.

Its behavioral support and wellness services are personalized to address physical, emotional, and social well-being. In-home and community supports help people build skills for independent living, manage everyday tasks, attend medical appointments, maintain their homes, and participate in community life.
