EMF kaart

EMF kaart NL is an independent organization established in 2022 dedicated to researching electromagnetic radiation in public outdoor spaces throughout the Netherlands. This initiative invites citizens to engage in measuring electromagnetic fields (EMF) diligently, focusing on areas affected by increasing radiation from smartphones, cell towers, and smart infrastructure such as self-driving cars and smart streetlights. EMF kaart NL provides a detailed map that allows users to access local radiation measurements collected through standardized protocols using calibrated meters by trained volunteers.

The platform has recorded over 5,500 measurement locations and welcomes community participation to contribute to this growing database. Users can filter results based on various parameters, accessing transparent data concerning electromagnetic exposure in their environment. With continuous updates and new measurements, EMF kaart NL not only aims to highlight the current state of radiation levels but also encourages awareness and proactive measurement among citizens interested in understanding their exposure to EMF in everyday life.
