Somos una empresa de propiedad de la Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima, con personalidad jurídica de derecho privado. Nuestra finalidad es la administración de inmuebles de propiedad de la Municipalidad Metropolitana de Lima y de propiedad de terceros, que involucra estrechamente su saneamiento y rentabilización. Asimismo, tenemos por finalidad coadyuvar a la Gestión Municipal a través de la formulación y ejecución de proyectos de inversión relacionados con sus competencias, en aras del cumplimiento de metas corporativas, también ha encargado, además, la administración del Circuito Mágico del Agua - CMA del Parque de la Reserva - PR y del Fondo Metropolitano de Renovación y Desarrollo Urbano - FOMUR.
