Eminent Martial Arts

Eminent Martial Arts and Tricking is a martial arts school founded by Saturday Batir in Torrance, California. The school offers traditional Taekwondo, Olympic-style sport Taekwondo, and professional Tricking, with instruction for students from age four through adulthood. Its mission is to teach life skills, self-defense, and fitness in a fun, supportive family environment while helping students build confidence, discipline, focus, and perseverance.

Programs are tailored to different ages and goals. Little Warriors classes introduce children ages four to six to martial arts through interactive, team-oriented activities. Youth classes for ages seven to eleven develop fitness, coordination, strength, flexibility, and mental resilience. Teen and adult training welcomes all experience levels and combines fitness, self-defense, stress relief, and personal development. The Black Belt Club offers advanced Tricking techniques, physical conditioning, and opportunities to join a demonstration team. For selected athletes seeking intensive competition training, the Elite Competition Sparring Team prepares members for Olympic Taekwondo events at local, state, national, and international levels.
