Emma Reddie Connection

Emma Reddie is a mother-centred matrescence and career coaching practice led by Emma Reddie, supporting women as they navigate motherhood, identity, wellbeing and work. Its aim is to help mothers reconnect with themselves and move through change with less stress, anxiety and burnout, while building confidence to make choices that fit their lives. The approach recognises matrescence—the personal transition into motherhood—as a distinct, individual journey, and offers a supportive space to explore feelings, strengths and goals.

Services include facilitated women’s circles, where participants can connect with themselves and other women; tailored one-to-one coaching focused on personal identity and career goals; and half-day or full-day workshops that provide practical tools and strategies for moving forward with clarity and confidence. Emma Reddie also supports women considering a career change, seeking guidance, or wanting to connect with like-minded people. Through nurturing workshops and empowering coaching, the practice encourages mothers to define success and self-care on their own terms and pursue a life that feels right for them at this point in their journey.
