Emmaus Medical & Counseling is a full-service outpatient addiction medicine clinic serving patients and families since 2006. With clinics in Johnson City and Bulls Gap, Tennessee, and Weber City, Virginia, the organization also provides secure telehealth throughout Tennessee and Virginia. Its faith-supported care is open to people of all backgrounds, with no pressure to share particular beliefs and a nonjudgmental approach to recovery.

Emmaus offers medication-assisted treatment using FDA-approved medications alongside counseling to help manage cravings and withdrawal. Services include medical appointments, personalized outpatient programs, individual and group therapy, peer support, and virtual appointments. The clinic treats opioid and alcohol use disorders and supports people affected by substances including fentanyl, prescription medications, and kratom or 7-OH. Care plans are tailored to each patient, and same-day appointments may be available.

Emmaus also provides resources and individual guidance for families affected by addiction. Its family support group is scheduled to return in fall 2026.
