Emmaus at Pilot Mill is a vibrant and growing brand that aims to build an authentic community centered around Jesus. Originally planted in Cary in 2013 by Westside A Jesus Church, Emmaus has now become a thriving church in Raleigh, NC. With a vision to create a family-like atmosphere rather than an organization, Emmaus focuses on three primary purposes: glorifying Jesus, edifying each other, and testifying about Jesus to all people.

As part of the Jesus Church network, Emmaus receives pastoral support, encouragement, and accountability from Westside and other sister churches. The church emphasizes the importance of community, mission, artistry, thinking, and prayer, believing that living interconnectedly as a community and actively engaging in the local context helps bring about the reality of God's Kingdom. In addition to their regular Sunday Gathering, Emmaus offers various opportunities for people to gather, learn, serve, and give.
