EmoteLab is a character customization and animated emote creation tool designed for use in chats, livestreams, and social platforms. It provides a place for users to create characters and develop animated emotes, with documentation and getting-started resources to help them use the tool. Feature guides explain its capabilities, while guidance on preparing models supports users working with character assets. EmoteLab also offers an asset library, including CoffeeBean brand assets, and links to its Steam Workshop presence.

The site supports a community of creators through Discord and the Steam Community, and it provides translation options in English and Simplified Chinese. Visitors can consult the FAQ for common questions and review the EULA and other legal information. EmoteLab also hosts creative activities: its Character Creation Contest 2026 is open, with entries available to view. Overall, the brand brings character customization, emote creation, learning resources, and community participation together for people making expressive content for online conversations and streams.
