Empathway Designs is a workforce consultancy and design partner focused on creating inclusive pathways to meaningful employment. Led by Kennan and Karen, whose experience spans engineering, education, occupational therapy, and program administration, the firm combines strategic program development with a human-centered approach. It works with organizations, communities, and stakeholders to strengthen workforce initiatives and turn values into practical action, guided by integrity, empathy, trust, empowerment, and inclusion.

Empathway Designs supports projects across the talent development pipeline, including initiatives for young people and individuals entering the workforce. Its services include program design and development, workforce strategy, stakeholder engagement, partnership building, and facilitation of workshops. The team also offers leadership reflection and connection through its Introspect & Connect group, and measures and documents program outcomes through impact reports.
