Empire Boxe

Empire Boxe is a boxing and fitness studio in Quebec offering boxing, cardio-boxing, HIIT and bootcamp classes. Its mission is to help members transform their bodies and mindset through training with boxing gloves, in a welcoming environment where people of different fitness levels and experience can take part. Whether someone is new to exercise or an experienced boxer, participants can control the intensity and progress at their own pace.

For first-time visitors, Empire Boxe offers a free introductory class designed to teach the basics and help newcomers feel comfortable before joining other classes. Clean, disinfected gloves are provided for the introduction. The studio’s coaches meet participants at their current fitness level and encourage them to build their skills and effort over time. Empire Boxe also invites people with prior boxing experience to try a class for free. Its community brings together members from varied backgrounds, with an emphasis on supportive coaching, energetic group training and a shared sense of belonging.
