Empire United Fencing is a New York City fencing organization committed to building an inclusive community for everyone, from recreational beginners to Olympic hopefuls. Its mission centers on helping fencers develop their skills and enjoy the sport through exceptional coaching, structured training, and a united approach.
Rather than relying solely on individual coach-student relationships, Empire United brings its coaching staff together to support students across its programs. This collaborative model gives fencers access to the insight and attention of the broader team, creating an environment designed to encourage both athletic growth and enjoyment.
The organization offers fencing classes, lessons, introductory sessions, and tailored programs for different skill levels. Its activities also include camps and tournaments, with scheduling and member booking available through the organization. New participants can book an introductory class to begin their fencing journey.
After nearly two decades, Empire United is working toward a permanent home in Midtown Manhattan.
