Emplace Care

Emplace Care is a children’s residential care provider based in Staffordshire, serving Newcastle-under-Lyme and Stoke-on-Trent. Registered and regulated by Ofsted, the organisation offers therapeutic, family-oriented homes for looked-after children aged 4 to 17. Its aim is to provide safety, stability, and emotional support so each child can participate in their own journey and work towards their potential.

At Rainbow House, children receive individualised care in a nurturing home environment, with round-the-clock support from trained professionals. Emplace Care supports children with emotional and behavioural difficulties, learning disabilities, autism, profound and multiple learning disabilities, and experiences of trauma. Its services include therapeutic care, help with education and personal development, life-skills building, community integration, and preparation for greater independence.

The team works with local authorities, social workers, and care professionals to assess placement suitability, develop personalised care plans, and support children through transitions into the home. Guided by values including empowerment, compassion, acceptance, and persistence, Emplace Care seeks to create a supportive setting where children can build confidence, relationships, and brighter futures.
