SOLI-UGT.IB is the Integral Employment Guidance Service of UGT Illes Balears, supporting people at risk of social and employment exclusion. The service works to make employment opportunities more accessible by accompanying and advising participants through job-insertion and training processes, helping them identify suitable resources and focus their efforts on finding work.

Through the SOIB Integral Job-Insertion Pathways programme, managed by the General Union of Workers (UGT), promoted by the Balearic Islands Employment Service (SOIB), and co-financed by the European Union’s ESF+, SOLI provides individual guidance pathways. For 2026, its stated objectives include working with at least 111 people facing particular barriers to employment and helping at least 23 enter work. Participants are expected to receive an average of at least 12 hours of support. The service also collaborates with local businesses and aims to expand its network of employer partnerships. SOLI publishes annual reports and provides information on training, benefits, equality, and other resources. Its central office is in Palma.
