About Employ Me
Employ Me is a European project focused on helping unemployed young second-generation migrants strengthen their employability and improve their prospects in the labor market. Its goal is to support their integration into local communities by developing practical skills and competences that can benefit both individuals and the wider community and economy.
The project creates learning resources for young migrants and the professionals who support them. Its Toolkit for Young Second-Generation Migrants offers materials to help build employability skills, while the Toolkit for Youth Workers provides guidance, tools, evidence and instructions for supporting this work. Employ Me also offers a Virtual Academy: a user-friendly, interactive online learning environment with gamified activities and social engagement features. The platform is designed to help participants develop, influence and measure their employability skills and competences.
Delivered through a partnership and funded by the European Union, Employ Me brings together project management, educational resources and digital learning to promote motivation, inclusion and employment opportunities for young migrants.
