Employ Equine connects international horse enthusiasts with paid jobs at Australian horse studs and equine facilities. Its programme is designed for travellers with previous horse-handling or care experience who are eligible to work in Australia, including holders of Working Holiday visas subclass 417 or 462. The company arranges a groom position before departure, so participants can begin their rural work without searching for a job after arrival.

The package includes an eight-night orientation in Sydney, pre-departure guidance, airport and other transfers, and assistance setting up essentials such as a tax file number, bank account and superannuation. Participants receive accommodation near the stud, weekly pay, overtime and employee benefits, plus access to a vehicle for work and days off. Jobs require a minimum three-month commitment and may last up to 12 months; an optional second job in a major city is also available. Employ Equine provides ongoing support from its team and a 12-month job membership, helping candidates settle in and prepare for work while supporting employers seeking reliable, skilled horse handlers.
