Employment Express Online is a job search engine designed to help people discover potential job matches. Users can search listings by position or job type and location, with the site presenting opportunities from various employers. Employment Express Online states that it is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with the employers whose listings appear, and that it does not represent or act as an agent for them. Employer names, trademarks, logos, and other identifying marks remain the property of their respective owners.

The site also provides career guidance on topics such as answering challenging interview questions, avoiding common CV mistakes, building a personal brand, and balancing work and life. Where compensation estimates are shown, they are based on publicly available employee salary reports or statistical estimates. Access to job listings requires users to accept the site’s terms and privacy policy, provide certain personal information, and consent to its sharing with marketing partners, for which the site may receive compensation.
