About Empo
Empo Media | Ski is a brand that offers tailored work opportunities for individuals with disabilities who are unable to find employment in the regular job market. With their focus on diversity, empowerment, and pride, Empo believes that being different is a strength. Through their vocational training programs, they help their employees build necessary skills to succeed in everyday life.
Through their Varig tilrettelagt arbeid (VTA) program, Empo provides 45 work placements for individuals who currently receive or are expected to receive disability benefits. They offer work training to enhance practical and social skills, promoting personal growth and creating a sense of value and accomplishment. The tasks assigned in the production and TV/media departments are individually tailored to meet the needs of each employee.
