Empower Academy is a therapy-integrated private education provider serving children in Kindergarten through Grade 7 across Surrey, Abbotsford, and Burnaby, British Columbia. Its small-group learning environments are designed for children who benefit from individualized instruction, structured routines, behavioural support, and an inclusive, regulation-focused approach. Programs include Kindergarten foundations, specialized academics for Grades 1–7, neurodivergent-focused support, and life-skills development. Students may receive support tailored to autism, ADHD, anxiety, communication differences, developmental delays, sensory processing, and other learning needs.

Education is coordinated with therapeutic services throughout the school day. A multidisciplinary team of educators, behaviour professionals, speech-language pathologists, and counsellors supports individualized learning plans, communication, emotional regulation, social skills, and functional independence. The academy also offers adaptive swimming and in-home services, including ABA and behaviour support, speech-language therapy, and coaching for caregivers and siblings. Families collaborate with the team on goals and progress, with strategies coordinated between school and home. Empower Academy operates three campuses and describes its approach as family-centred, with low student-to-staff ratios and a focus on measurable growth and confidence.
